Hello,
In my experience, when setting up dynamic fields, the field will behave as a drop-down (where it won't display the text you're typing in) unless I add the [Settings]MaxDropDownLength attribute to the user in question. Then, the field behaves like a text field, displaying to the user what they're typing in, and providing a list when the number of possible values is less than the MaxDropDownLength. Works great.
However, if the field in question is made a multi-value field, the field seems to ignore the MaxDropDownLength attribute in Standard Scanning. It appears as a dropdown, displays the whole list of values, and while you can type in what you're looking for, it's not as smooth as it is when it appears as a text box (especially in Cloud). Is there a way to preserve the appearance as a text box and MaxDropDownLength behavior when a dynamic parent field is made multi-value?
Thanks!
