Bulk Approval through Direct Approval in Cloud with Participant

Is there a limitation with Direct Approval in the Cloud that prevents a Participant from using this feature?

My testing indicates a full user can and a participant cannot. Is that accurate or is there something else to look for that would be preventing this?

No, it's not, but we have tested internally, we cannot reproduce the issue. 

@████████, can you provide more details? For example, screenshots to illustrate the issue.

Hello!

I identified this issue on a customer's account, when a participant user attempts to bulk Approve it just going to a working status and stays there like in the picture below.

 

Customer Cloud Account

I was able to recreate the issue on our SP Cloud Account.

 

Forms config:

If I login with a user with a Full user license and they have access to Process Automation it works as expected.

Thanks for the detail information, it is very helpful. We now can reproduce it with the Production environment as well, we will look into fix it.
