I had a user asking if there was a way to add a note to their tasks in the Inbox, or set custom Priorities. What happens is they use the priority as a sort of task status, such as 'High' priority are items that they're currently working on, and Medium is something they're waiting on. What they would like is to be able to enter a note for a task, so if it's High priority adding a note as to what they're still waiting on to be able to complete it.

It would be possible to include on the Form itself a Priority and Comment Field.
Changing the Priority Field could be used with Conditions to set the Priority of the Form
The Comment Field can be set to display in the Instance field
Hi Dennis,
For set custom priority, what kind of priority label you may want to add?
For add note to open task, I have added it as a feature request in our internal system.
Honestly I'm not sure that custom priority labels is really the best solution for them, that's just what they had asked about. I think what they really want is a comment/note field they can update that shows up next to tasks in their inbox.
Is there a way I can track if this feature get implemented?
The internal ID of the feature request is BPM-I-443. The internal system is not opened for public access. And this feature has not been planned for recent releases.
For the custom priority labels, it would be nice if it behaved like the Action buttons so we can type in whatever we want. It would also be nice if we were able to create custom priorities per process.
