web client - download error

Hello, good afternoon.

We have a client who wants to download more than 1000 documents from the web client, apparently he downloads the documents but when he reaches 100% he sends the screen that is attached and does not let them download, if the download is done in parts it does it well but the customer does not want this.

Any idea to solve this problem.

Follow-up: The solution provider opened a support case and we were able to gather more information. The problem is that the process of preparing the documents took so long (over an hour) that the zip file was deleted before it could be sent to the user. This has been filed as bug #371536 and is targeted for an upcoming release.

Are there any errors recorded in the event viewer on the web server machine?

There is no error in the event viewer, that is why it seems strange to us that this happens, if 400 documents are downloaded, it does so without any problem, it only happens with the amount mentioned above.
