Avail the live chat

Hello  , 

The live chat is not enabled on my support account, however, the support subscription contains it.

Hi Mohammed,

 

Once logged into support.laserfiche.com, if you're license allows and live chat is online, you'll see the live chat option in the web page header:-

I have the same issue. It says I have Live Chat but it is not in my header.
