how can I access the live chat feature, as I see it is included in our subscription.

Hi Mohammed,

 

Once logged into support.laserfiche.com, if you're license allows and live chat is online, you'll see the live chat option in the web page header:-

It contains in our lic . subscription however it is not shown .

Check with your VAR/Reseller would be the best thing yes
