Assign a task to a user that is not part of the process

Just trying to double check as I have see different info.  Is it possible to re-assign a task in process to a person that does not have rights to the business process?  Its not something that is wanted but trying to figure out what Laserfiche allows or doesnt allow.

Hi Chris,

 

As long as the process is published, you can assign it to anyone with a valid license/logon. The access rights set in the process are not relevant for task assignment, only for submittal or editing the process.
