Hi Brendan,
We have marked your lesson complete and included some troubleshooting tips below. Have you by any chance started, stopped, then re-started the lesson? We have had a few learners report that pausing for a day and then resuming sometimes causes this issue.
- Refreshing the training details/curriculum page after completing generally successfully forces the page to update to register your completion status. However, it is worth noting that the courses require that a minimum of 80% of the course content be viewed on order to mark complete. So, this will only work if the course has been watched all the way through.
- To ensure each lessons section progress has been recorded, expand your lessons bookmark bar by clicking the Expand Menu arrow icon in the upper left-hand corner of your lesson window. Once your bookmarks bar is expanded, click to any section that does not have a Check to the right of it.
