I wanted to see how your experiences are with getting buy-in from end users who are used to working within the client application. my college still has a significant amount of users that work in the client and converting users from one to the other can be difficult at times. There is this thought that they "need" the client when in reality, WebAccess essentially provides the same functionality.

While I want my end-users to use WebAccess, as it requires less maintenance and time to install/configure, I would rather not enforce WebAccess only, as technically, the client is an option for them.
