We have a customer who has two environments:
- A: Current production server (version 10)
- B: New production servers (identical to the current production but upgraded to version 11)
They will do a switch to the new servers on a weekend, and in the worst case if they had to roll back to the old system FOR ANY REASON after some days of working on the new servers, they need a solution to export/import the documents which created/modified on the new environment with all their related data (updated metadata, business process history, AuditTrail history, shortcuts in different folders) to the old environment as a rollback plan.
This solution should also support export and import all new/updated instances in Laserfiche Forms during these days to the old system.
They need this solution to be a best, safe, risk free and supported solution by Laserfiche if any.
Is there such solution recommended and supported by Laserfiche?
