Access Denied on new repository

New to Laserfiche!

I created a new Repository on a server with an existing Repository using a windows Domain Account but when on the server (logged in as same Domain account) i try to login with WinAuth I get 'Access Denied [9013].

 

Any ideas?

Hi Claire-

For a brand new repository, try logging in with user ADMIN and no password

And after you log in for the first time and grant your Windows Account access, make sure to update the built-in "Admin" user with a strong randomly generated password!
