Is there an option in cloud to convert PDF uploads submitted through forms into a TIFF? The Invoice Capture only seems to accept TIFF images.
Currently no, the option "Keep original PDF files when generating pages during import" for the repository is not supported in Business Process yet.
This post is over 3 years old, is there anything in the roadmap to allowing the process automation user the ability to convert PDFs to TIFF? We have a scenario where we would like to combine documents together for an invoice package and a lot of invoices come in by PDF, and we are attaching them to the form submission.
Only way would be to have a user import them first themselves so it's converted to TIFF, and then drag them out and onto the form. Yes we could initiate the BP and display it using an iframe but I'm not looking to make all of that re-work.
