import agent eml files

Hi all,

I'm having issues applying metadata to eml files imported with Import Agent. The file is imported successfully and a template is assigned, but none of the tokens are recognized/applied; e.g. sender email, recipient email, subject, etc. are not filled at all.

Any suggestions or thoughts on what I can update?

Hi Fernando,

I had the same issue and rasied it a bug. This then got raised as a feature request, which was declined. So Its classed as known limitation. Our SysAdmin found a free tool to bulk convert eml to msg as a workaround. I'd love to provide info on the tool he used, but the sysadmin on leave at the moment.

Stewart, that seems to be miscommunication somewhere. The feature request was not rejected. It's still very much alive in our backlog, though it  has not yet been slated for implementation.
