I am attempting to pull the monitoring data per instance for completed reports on SQL, but I can't quite figure it out. Have any of you been able to pull this data?

I am looking for the following data: instance id, step name, step id, step status, start date, finish data, duration, action by, action; basically all the different data points that are in the monitoring module.
