Error when importing pdf with create Laserfiche pages

A user is getting the error "Invalid stream -Operation failed due to entry sharing violation [9059]" when importing PDFs. It seems to be when importing larger PDFs and the creating LF pages. Is there a way around  this other than turning 'create LF pages' off in his settings?

We're using Laserfiche Client 10.3

This error can sometimes crop up if the LF Server is experiencing some performance degradation. Version 11 desktop client has some improvements that allow it to retry the action if it runs into that error.

Can we change this error to "Server Busy, please try again in a moment". The words "Sharing violation" makes it sound like there is a problem on the user end.
