I'm building our some form processes that consist of an application, and if granted the applicants are required to complete a report within the year. Is there a way to configure reminders to complete a report after the applications process is approved and completed? 

The first part would be a form process filled out by an outside applicant. It would be approved and granted within the form process. The second half would be filling out a report within the year, which I'm considering creating it's own form process. This is something that the applicant is required to do, but I'm not sure how to connect them. Can I build a workflow to run and search the respiratory for completed report forms, and if it doesn't find anything it would email the applicant with the report form to fill out or the department responsible for reviewing these reports? How would this workflow get triggered?

I'm just brainstorming right now, so any ideas are welcome!
