Users are encountering login issues when attempting to connect using the Laserfiche Client to their repository. The Clients are going a VPN tunnel to connect to the server and use Windows Accounts.

The Customer's firewall vendor is asking for documentation or a map/diagram of how the authentication works from Windows Client >> LFS >> Active Directory. They want details if possible of the protocols used and ports involved to further troubleshoot.

I am not finding any documentation on this. Ant assistance will be highly appreciated.
