I recently ran into a scenario in which I need to split some of my teams into separate teams because filtering by role has proven insufficient.

Basically, I'm taking all of the same users, but the users in one role will stay on the original team and users from a different role will get their own team.

Rebuilding all of the teams from scratch can be a bit tedious and I realized that a copy or duplicate option would be fantastic.

Instead of having to rebuild the team (or get creative with XML) I could just copy the team, rename it, and remove the extra users.

It would also be nice if the team import behaved more like business process uploads with regard to how it handles duplicates.

For example, currently I only get a Merge or Cancel option when the team id already exists, but a "Create as New" option would be fantastic.
