Right Click > Send to Laserfiche & Web Client

How To Administration Ideas Web Client

Hi All,

 

When installing and using the thick client, you get the ability to right click a document within Windows and "send to > Laserfiche"

 

 

When using the web client, there is obviously the installs for the office integration and snapshot to complete, but how or what do I install to enable this specific feature, without having to install the entire Windows client suite?

 

Or is this feature not supported with the web client?

Hi Chris,

This "Send to Laserfiche Shell Extension" feature is part of the LFClient (thick client) installation. It installs a small program called "SendToLaserfiche110.exe" under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Laserfiche\SendToLf that launches when you select that option. It communicates directly with Laserfiche Server and has no relation or connection to the Laserfiche Web Client.

Anyone know if the send to Laserfiche feature can function with SAML users?
