In Forms process, how can I target only today's upload (current date) to send in the next email activity

I have a process where our CAO must be told (usually via email with copy of Order) whenever a citizen is served a legal Order. I'm trying to make this happen for the admin assistant automatically after she uploads the Order onto the form. Problem is, this process usually has numerous other uploads onto the form prior to this stage.

Is there a way to get the next process step (email to the CAO) to only include the upload from that last submission?

If the upload is done with a different upload button then it can be separately identified.

Note above how the three uploaded documents are saved separately and named separately. If the step that uploads the form, and the upload button used to upload the form are separate then the following email step can get the file.

That might work, James, thanks! The uploads are all named the same, but "initiated time" could be different on any given submission. I'll try that!
