Deploying 10.4 Client using SCCM

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has had luck silently installing the 10.4 Client using SCCM. Our customer is having issues and getting an error saying SCCM cannot locate the path although the account they are using does have access. I don't have any experience using SCCM and I did see some other articles on here but they are for previous version.

If anyone has any information on how they were successfully able to do this with the 10.4 Client we would greatly appreciate it. Just want to make sure I am sending update information for this version.

Hi Ashleigh,

What is the full, exact error message SCCM is returning? "Cannot locate path" can potentially mean a few different things and the full error might provide some additional insight.

Hi Samuel,

Apologies for the delay - the customer's IT team ended up figuring it out. Unfortunately I am not aware of what the issue ended up being.
