We have an org standard to start development in 'Dev', then Promote to QA for user approval, then move to 'Prod' for the customers use.  We have had a few development efforts where people started in other areas and find Dev, QA and prod are not the same (except environment variables ) and I am trying to find an easy way to compare the workflows and identify the differences.  

Is there a tool or process that can be recommended to accomplish this? all the workflows exist on different servers.
