Collection is not filling with data from the lookup rule

I am trying to fill a collection with information pulled from a database lookup and it is not populating with info. I have verified that the view has the data for the test member I am attempting to use. Attached is a screenshot of my lookup rule.

It ended up being permissions on the view and also changing some old syntax that was messing with the view.

If you confirmed that the source field values match the values in the view exactly, then the next thing I would check is the "Number of rows" settings on your collection to make sure it isn't Fixed.

I have it on a range of sets from 1 to infinity.

Have you tried refreshing the data source in Forms Administration?
