What is the CSS style section for in Cloud Public Portal?

For Search Forms, there is an option to apply a Label CSS style or Input CSS style. Is there somewhere in Cloud where I can actually apply CSS or do these fields actually do anything?

The inline style you specify there will apply to the element in the custom search form. I just tested it by adding "background-color: red" to the input element and it appears to work for me. Is there a style that isn't being applied?

Hi Brian,

 

Thanks for clarifying. I didn't realize this was where the actual CSS went. For some reason I thought these fields were for the class name. 

 

Is LF planning on releasing CSS capabilities for other parts of Public Portal? Such as the welcome page?

I assume you've seen the Theme editor in the Designer? What kind of changes are you trying to make?
