Workflow Sends Emails to External Addresses but not Internal Addresses

Something changed with a certificate over the weekend and now LFWorkflow will only send emails to external email addresses and not our office's internal email addresses. Can anyone think of a reason for this??

Turns out that yes the expired certificate caused an issue with our email server in general. Issue is fixed!
