If you have a Forms process and set a User Task to assign to a Team, save it, and then change it to a user. You can switch it back to Team and it will have the value you specified before. This is all fine unless you want to import that Forms process to another Forms server where that team does not exist. Forms will throw an error during the import process saying 'Could not locate team name for a team assigned task...'. This causes a great deal of worry when trying to troubleshoot what is going on.

Can Forms be updated to not hold on to the old value or only have active values exported?
