Laserfiche 11.0 Forms Restricted access LFF2105 error

The organization i work for upgraded laserfiche from 10.2 to 11.0.

I have a process where i send the employees a workflow email with an embedded link which helps them to submit a verification form.

I have a table with the employees details and the workflow process fetches the table data and creates the url for each employee

The form has a  restricted access level on the form. When they try to access the link, the employees are getting a 500 Laserfiche has encountered a problem error LFF2105-FormLoadingerror.

Example url link which is being sent in the email.

Is there a way i can get this link to work and i still leave the form at restricted access?

I have the below group access on the form.

Can you check whether the process is published from Manage page?

Users will get LFF2105-FormLoadingerror to load the form when the form is not published.

Yes the form is published.

Can you check whether there is any error in the event log on the Forms server when the user get the 500 error?

Also please double confirm the starting form is not set to public.
