Support Site access

Is anyone else having issues logging in to the support site? I can't log in to download or check licenses etc.

I enter my email and password but then it just goes back to the un-signed in support site.

I am showing as logged into Answers, but not support.laserfiche.com.  I cannot get access to my support cases.

I would hazard a guess that this is related to the Planned Network Outage 1/8/22 - 1/9/22 posted to the Laserfiche Solutions Providers group on January 5th.

Guessing LF didn't get finished over the weekend. sad

 

Having said that, this needs to be more clearly communicated, support site banners, and email notification etc. not just an answers post 2 days before the event.
