Question

How can I tell workflow to (Conditional Decision) ignore this entry if it has a Hold on it?

asked on January 6, 2022

I have a workflow that ran over the holidays on all our entries from 2021 and it terminated when it ran into an entry that had a hold on it.  I have a number of conditions on the For Each Entry activity that tells it to "do nothing" with this one if the entry meets a certain criteria, but I can't figure out how to set the conditions for a branch related to any entries that have a hold on them.  Is there a way?

Retrieve the Additional Property "Is Frozen" (the old term for hold)

Interesting, James!  So, I had a peak and it looks like I can add:  & {LF:Hold="N"} to my search parameters and that will tell it to Search for _________ *that do NOT have holds on them*.

Thanks for the tip!  I will see if I can make that work!
