Has anyone ever had a Cloud situation where a Forms process with an archive to the repository placed the archive somewhere other than where it is configured to?

We had this happen and have proof that it happened since forms keeps a history of the exact path it archives to in the Monitor tab.

The archive was done on 1/3/2022 and the process has not been updated since July of last year. So there is no way it could have been a change to the process's archive configuration.

I tried submitting to support and they think it is just a display issue with the Forms Montior tab, but we all saw the file in the incorrect folder (where the monitor tab says it was stored), co-workers were able to access and read it,  and the staff had to move it.

We are worried it will happen again since these are confidential employee documents where other co-workers were able to access because of the incorrect archive location.

The path is written like this \Some Folder\%(Some Token)\%(Some Token)

However the storage path was \%(Some Token)\%(Some Token) missing the statically defined \Some Folder\ for only 1 submission where the rest are stored correctly.
