Forms routing document based on box option

Hi,  I have a box  option field with four options as seen in the picture. How can I accomplish the following goal in Forms. So, if the user selects  Roster then it goes to HR, if Insurance is select it too goes to HR, If Payroll is selected it goes to Accounting and if IT is selected then it goes to IT. That's the easy part. Now, what about if the user selects Insurance and IT, I would like for that same file to go to both departments. Or if three boxes are check then I would like that same file or a copy to go to each of the departments. As you can see, there can be many combinations based on what is checked.

Hi Carlos,

 

You might want to include workflow within the process.
Get the variable from forms and invoke business process accordingly.
This will be more neat as each department will have their own tasks and you can easily run report on same.
