Exam reset

Hello, I have emailed certification@laserfiche.com several times over the past month to have my Gold Certification - Designing Laserfiche Forms 10  Exam I reset and have not heard anything back. Is there something else I can do about this?

Hi Elaina, 

Our certification@laserfiche.com email should be routing to aspire@laserfiche.com - our up-to-date email for all things related to Aspire and Laserfiche Certification. 

That being said, we haven't seen your email(s) come through the Aspire inbox this past month, and we respond to questions/requests within 24 business hours if not sooner.

Please email aspire@laserfiche.com to have your Certification Exam reset.
