Hello,

We have setup DCC for a customer to work with a WF to generate pages for PDF's.

In testing we drop the PDF into the folder to kickoff the starting rule for the WF and it completes without error, but the PDF does not have any pages generated.

In looking at the DCC Events we see an error with the following Content Message:

"Timeout for job that cannot be run has been exceeded. Timeout: 1800000 milliseconds."

I think that 1.8million milliseconds should be long enough to process one PDF.

Is there a config file I need to adjust for this job?
