notice of suspended business processes

i'm trying get a better handle on when my business processes suspend or terminate.

 

is there an easy way to notify an admin user when this happens?

Hi Paige,

Process notification when process suspends/terminates is configurable at Process Options -> Process Notification. Currently the option is per business process so admin need to configure it for all concerned business processes.

Hi Ziyan,

What is the system version you are referring to? cause mine is "Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 10.4.0.1256" and has one option for process termination only.

The ability of sending notification when process suspends is added in Forms 10.4.3 (https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014114)
