Hi, can someone check to see if I'm on the  right track. My goal here is when a file gets submitted the first user task gets an email stating it has a job to process. But this task has to be done within 1 day. If that time is past then the document get sent to the next user (Supervisor) so she can complete the task. I also would when the  task get pass to the next user task  it gets disable/terminated from the first user as well.

If the first user completes the task within the allotted time then gets processed and move to the next task of Rejected or Processed.
