Hey, I have been trying to figure out what is causing this error to happen with a metadata field. I have added a new option to a field's list but when I go to add it to a new document using that template the field doesn't give me the new option. But if I go to a different template it has the option available. Not every template with this field has the option tho, it seems to be only some but not all. The option also shows up if I manually add the field to a template that doesn't have the field already built into it. Unfortunately I cannot remove and readd the field to the template because this template is widely used across all of our AP invoices. 

I was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem and has been able to resolve it.
