Hello- We recently upgraded to Forms version 11, and it appears the behavior has changed when using the "Email users when this task is assigned" option.

In this sample process, the user task is assigned to a team, via round robin task distribution. The checkbox is also marked to "Email users when this task is assigned." With the sample team of 3 users, this setup sends an email to all three users.

The behavior in version 10.4.2 was that the email notification was sent to only the user within the team for which the task was assigned.

Is there a way to leave the task visible to the team, but only send the email notification to the user for which the task is assigned (instead of emailing all team members)?
