Not sure how this happened, but a Forms task is pointing to itself, and it's stuck. I can't click on the arrow to select it, and I can't remove it from the outflows menu. I can detach the other outflows, but not this one.

I can delete the task and re-create it, so not a game breaking issue, but I'm curious how it happened and if anyone else has seen this before?
