Have a user that is doing some clean up and posted this issue to us:
When we reboot our Forms server we always get a couple terminated tasks. I know that its not during the process of an actual submission because it happens every time we reboot on a few different forms. I was looking through Laserfiche answers and a similar instance reply told them to open a support ticket with their provider. This has been happening for probably over a year on a couple forms. It doesn’t create an issue for the end users so we have just put it on the back burner but I had some time for housekeeping and this is one of the things on my list. Attached is a copy of the error message from Event Viewer. It happens every time we reboot. There is a new instance ID generated every time. We have upgraded Forms a few times and the issue happens with each version.
Current version: Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 10.4.5.324
This seems to be occurring only on a few of the Forms BP's and it looks like it generates a new instance and then just terminates the instance. As mentioned the user did see something in Answers but it asked that particular user to start a support case. If this is an actual issue, has a resolution been discovered to resolve this?
