Hello All,

I have generated PDF with bookmark and annotation using workflow designer.

When I am checking PDF in adobe reader its show both annotation and bookmark but when I opened it on browser ( Chrome, FF or IE ) its does not show bookmark and annotation text.

Can you help me out how to resolve this.

I believe this was a bug that we fixed earlier this year. What version of the web client are you using?

We have LF client version 10.4.

Kindly do let me know is there any settings we need to do ?

If you are using a browser to render PDFs when opening them from the desktop client, then that is not a Laserfiche issue. Browsers have varying levels of support for PDFs and we can't control that.

To clarify, the screenshot shows it working the way you want in the Windows client, correct? The problem you are reporting is in the web client? What version of that do you have?

I am talking about pdf file does not show annotation and bookmark in browser ( chrome , Firefox or any other )

Just to follow up on this, pdf bookmarks are definitely supported in version 11.0.2109.7 of the web client.

We are new to Laserfiche and one of the documents series we are uploading is our City Council meeting documents (agenda packets, minutes, and videos). The way we are currently releasing our agendas to the public is by creating a pdf with bookmarks. On the repository side, we are able to see the bookmarks and they work perfectly. However, on the public portal side, the bookmarks are not visible. We were wanting to see if anyone had a fix or workaround for this. I have checked on both Chrome and Edge and the results were the same.

We have used third party software to apply bookmark after the file generated inside the laserfiche.
