I see that "Apply Optional Watermark" is a feature right in the cloud, just like in self-hosted, but I do not see any documentation or places to create or manage watermarks?  Are they not available in cloud? 

For a use case, many of our municipal customers would like to watermark documents downloaded or printed from the public portal.  Based on this use case, I also looked around the public portal designer and did not find where to enable anything like this.  A search of the help files also did not yield any results.  Thanks for your help, or for potentially adding this to the development schedule.
