Website border occassionally disappears because the forms Custom Theme is deselected.

When the Custom Theme is selected in the forms designer this ensures that the required border appears on the website.

However, occassionally, despite no change being made to the form or it's design, the Custom Theme becomes deselected and the border disappears from the website without warning and we only become aware of it when someone complains.

The selected custom theme will become unselected if you make any change from the customize tab for the form. The form can be linked to the custom theme automatically if you save the changed styles as same name of the existing custom theme. 

You want to be notified after you make changes to remind you whether you want to overwrite the existing custom theme with the updated styles so your form can still be linked to the custom theme?
