Is it possible to trigger a lookup using a custom HTML button on the New Designer in Forms 11?

I have a HTML button that needs the lookup number i.e. Lookup99, but I can't figure out how to get that ID. I can't see anything in the Developer mode on the web browser when the original AutoFill button is clicked.
