Hello,
I was working with a customer trying to add their Windows Account in the AT Configuration to be able to run AT reports.
We can query the users in their AD and show them in the search result, but we are unable to highlight the user to add them.
I am not getting any errors and there is nothing in the Event Logs either.
There are three other windows accounts listed and we confirmed those users are able to run AT reports.
In looking at the Configuration document, I am not seeing anything specific that we are missing (Link to this page below):
"Note: This dialog controls the Windows users who will be able to access and run reports on the Audit Trail Reporting page. It does not involve Laserfiche trustees in any way. In an LDAP environment, users who need permission to run reports will need local Windows accounts created for them on the web server."
Is there something else we need to do to add the user?
