What is the URL in the address? Can you open it manually with the same URL?
I can only jump out of the webpage after I click it when I log in to the Forms, otherwise it will be a 404 webpage.

In my testing, I cannot reproduce the issue, I would recommend you to create a support ticket with your solution provider so that we can investigate details.
