We recently upgraded from WebLink 9 to WebLink 10.2.
We work with mostly PDFs and in WebLink 9, the document viewer showed the originally filed PDF in color and were able to downloaded the filed PDF using the Download button.
In WebLink 10's document viewer, we're seeing a converted image of the originally filed PDF document. The converted image is a lower resolution and in black and white.
When downloading, it's also taking the same black and white Image version and saving it as a PDF.
We work with maps where the high resolution vector (PDF) version is needed for clarity when zooming in to view details. I've tried playing around with the My WebLink View Document Options' PDF files. Also tried the "openpdf=true" url parameter but it still creates a PDF of the low-res b&w image version.
Is there a way in WebLink 10 to display and/or download the original Electronic File/PDF color version as opposed to the converted low-res b&w Image version?
