Question

pdf missing pages

asked on November 12, 2021

I have a Laserfiche form that has two separate pages--one for english and one for spanish.  the first question allows people to select which language.

we are using Field RULES to show and hide  the pages accordingly.

when people select spanish and complete the form, the business process shows all the fields being correctly saved but when we look at the PDF in the repository, it is showing the english version and it is BLANK.

any thoughts?

Can you reproduce this issue if you download the process then upload with the downloaded process XML? If so, can you open a support case and provide the downloaded process XML along with video to illustrate the issue? We will investigate based on your process.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by "download the process then upload with the downloaded process XML".

can you give me a bit more guidance?  thank you so much!

Please go to Manage page, select the process, then click the "Download" button in the toolbar to download the process.

Then click "Upload process" from Manage page to upload the process.

This will create a new process based on your existing process, then you can test with the uploaded process to check whether you can reproduce it.

That's strange, can you open a support case and provide us the exported business process XML? And please also provide some screenshots to illustrate the original form pages and generated pdf for your orginial issue.

You can go to https://support.laserfiche.com/ and click the "Live Chat"
