We’re excited to announce the launch of an updated course: Navigating Laserfiche Account Administration. This course, formerly titled Administration in Laserfiche Cloud 2020.1, can be accessed in Aspire, at no cost. Users that have completed the previous version will retain their course status as a completed equivalent. We recommend this course for Laserfiche Cloud administrators who manage user accounts and groups.

 

Course Description:  

This course has been designed for users who are looking for a basic understanding of Account Administration in Laserfiche Cloud. This course provides an overview of the different tools and management capabilities available. In addition to the basics of Account Administration, users will gain an understanding of the support readily available to them.

 

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Create User Accounts and Groups
  • Configure security and access rights
  • Enable Single Sign-On
  • Identify support avenues available to administrators
