Hello,

   For some reason, when I open a document and go to View/Panes, they're all grayed out. I can view them fine when I'm logged in under a different account. Likewise when logged into other machines using the same two account. As such, I'm assuming it's an account issue and not my particular Client installation. I've searched Laserfiche Answers but didn't find a resolution. I've copied the attributes from the working account to non-working account via the LF Admin console. I've removed and re-added my account via LFDS, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas what might be causing this?
