Is there a way to prevent a Dynamic lookup field from doing its lookup until you hit tab or click off the field?  We have a template with a lookup field for an employee ID number but since it tries looking for a match right away, on longer ID#s , by the time you get to the 4th or 5th digit it thinks you are looking for something completely different or if you type in a wrong number its a pain to clear it out to start over.
